File being edited at startup

I pretty much always open the same workspace, the default one, which has a couple of projects in it. At startup, no matter what project and/or file I was last working on, I am always dropped back into the same file, one that I haven't edited in months from a project that I don't happen to work on all that often. Is there some way to get C:B to open into the last edited file?
