Ctrl + tab function

Hello.
my current problem is that when i add file to my project it adds to end of list "when used Ctrl + Tab"
how can i redo/edit that list...
Ex i want my files to be
Mail.h         File2.cpp
Mail.cpp      File3.cpp
And.h         File4.cpp
File.h
File2.h
File3.h
File4.h
File.cpp
is that possible?
