SDL_gfx in Code::blocks in Linux

I am using Code::blocks in Ubuntu. I was easily using pre-built SDL libraries. But I tried to use SDL_gfx libraries, which I downloaded from http://www.ferzkopp.net/joomla/software-mainmenu-14/4-ferzkopps-linux-software/19-sdlgfx

I couldn't make it work in Code::Blocks. Can someone help me in configuring?
