I think it might help newbie developments understand which areas needs to have patches normally submitted upstream.

I hope its the CB Devs consider think a proper thing to do.

BTW: I can't find the official link of depslib project, I think it is dead project?

Yes, it was abandoned years ago. But its still working, so we "maintain" it meanwhile... ;-)
