Adding an attachment in PM

Guys, I suppose this isn't the right forum for this question but I don't know where to ask, so I ask here. In one of my previous posthttp://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,15404.msg103419.html#msg103419 jens asked me to send file to her/him on PM but I don't know how to do it. Could someone explain to me how to do it?

Using our forum software, this is not possible by design. Use a file hosting service for that purpose, please.

The reason is simple: We would not be able to delete such attachments, as PM's are private. Thus, the forum's DB would be filed without control.
