disappearing build options - compiler and linker

CB 10.05 - Linux 3.0.0
As I experienced CB doesn't preserve options "visually" set by build options (compiler and linker as well). They are in effect but next time I open options dialog box they seem to be unset. Does the same happen with you? What to do to see them set as done before?

Options that also have checkboxes in the "Compiler flags"-tab will be shown there instead of the "Compiler settings".
Be aware, thatyou can set options per target and per project and if you look at a target, you can not see the project options, but they will be used, if thechosen "Policy:" (drop-down-lis) allows it.
