Debugging for C does not work

Hi
I have downloaded and installed the IDE for simple C file programs. I follow the steps described in the wiki to debug but unfortunately does not work. I put breakpoint but the debugger never stop. Also the debugging options do not appear if open the file only (if the file is not a project file!!!)

Please read carefully!
In the wiki we've stated very clearly that debugging works only, when the user has projects.
It doesn't work for single files.
