ALERT!! Bogus sourceforge.net mails have virus

Recently I've been getting mails supposedly from postman@users.sourceforge.net.

These mails are VIRUSES. Do *NOT* open them!

Thanks for the info. A virus is the last thing, I would like in my computer.
