Deiban squeeze - Compilation works but CB doesn't

<< < (2/2)

Jenna:
Did the erro happen after the first install, or after you rebuild C::B.
If the second is correct, you can try to manually remove the precompiled headers (src/include/*.gch).
Uninstalling with make unsinstall is not very reliable, by the way.

You should install checkinstall to create a simple debian package, or use the debian package build-system to create debian-packages, that can be installed and uninstalled correctly.
For the second, you need to run dpkg-buildpackage in the root of the sources. It's part of the dpkg-dev package. It might fetch some other packages.

Squeeze has wx 2.8.10 in its repos.

Folco:
The error happened after the first install.
Ok for buildind a package, i'll try that. :)
