Code::Blocks 10.05 Help Icon Does not Appear in Environmental Settings

Code::Blocks 10.05 Help Icon Does Not Appear in Environmental Settings under Windows XP.  I searched for the icons in the release and they are there but do not display in Environmental settings.  This also occurs under Windows 7.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Is the "Help" Plugin enabled and installed?

Check under "Plugin" -> "Manage Plugins"
