How do I install xterm
« on: July 28, 2011, 08:27:01 pm »
My console programs are crashing constantly.  I read that this is common when using the system terminal, and some suggest using xterm instead.

However, I have no idea how to do this.  Can someone please tell me what I need to do?  This doesn't seem to be a program that I download and install like most programs.

Thanks!

This is an OS problem. You need to use the package tool given by your Linux distribution (I guess you use this system).
If you don't know how, ask this to google or their maintainers.

Else you can make C::B use another terminal. This is what I made, personally.

PS: it is written on this board that it is ONLY for C::B related problems. It is written in rules why. And you have a link to rules at the bottom of the screen when you post.
