So i got a book called Sams Teach Yourself C++ in 24 hours fifth edition
on the cd it came with CodeBlocks and also CodeBlocks with the MinGW compiler.
I installed it and i think it saved to my Program Files (x86) folder
it was aorking fine and i decided to change my syntax highlighting theme
i have no idea if thats relevant but thats the last thing i did.
I opened CodeBlocks that night and it said something like: Exception Raised!
TinyXML error: Error reading Attributes.
and it showed somethnig about two source files, i think src\sdk\configmanager
i forgot the other one
i uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still gives me the same error
I made another user on my computer and i installed codeblocks while logged onto that. it worked fine
i switched back to my main account and it still gave me the error
it works on account but not the other (so i can technically still use codeblocks but its annyoing to have to keep switching between users)
what should i do? should i changed the installation directory and reinstall, find the build here (if so, which filse should i get? I'm bad at finding out which files to get from binary releases etc etc), or something totally else?
i think the cd is build 10.05
