Windows Version ?

   I am having a little confusion here. In order to compile an exe file in windows which one should I download. There are two downloads in download.html.

If you already have a (supported) compiler installed or if you want to use MinGW version other than TDM's 4.4.x (don't know exactly at the moment) use the version without mingw in the name.
Otherwise (best choice for a beginner) chose the version with mingw in the name.

   I have gcc compiler installed. Thats why I asked here.
