two problems in my first program

Hi,all
I have two problems with my code blocks

the first is when I run it, there is any window appear

The second is when I debug it, new small window appears seeing that " the debugger executable is not set to set it go to "settings,compiler and debugger" and choose toolchian executable tab and select the debugger program.

So what can I do run my program.
and also what's the debugger program?
should I download debugger program?
