errors in DXGI.h

Hi,i have a weird problem with a directx project,when i try to compile my code,codeblocks opens DXGI.h (from the sdk directory)
and then i get at least 60 errors and warnings like 'GetDesc' declared as a virtual 'field' etc(all the errors are found in DXGI.h,not my code)...
This never happens with vc++,so i really don't know what the problem is...
plz help!thx...
