Why CodeBlocks ignore Resource Compiler setting for Tiny C Compiler

The Question is in the title.

My problem is CodeBlocks say: Skipping file (no compiler program set): resource.rc

but in the global compiler settings i set windres.exe as resource compiler (copy from mingw bin directory to tcc bin directory)  :(
