How Do You Set Global Compiler?

NeedHelpBMN:
This is what I did
1. Copied "GNU GCC Compiler" twice
2. Renamed to SDL and SFML
3. Added all the include/lib/linker (and re-added C:\Program Files\CodeBlocks\MinGW compiler directory)
4. New blank project
5. Pick SDL or SFML as compiler on new project wizard

Yet, project's compiler is blank and I have to re-add include/lib/linker.
Am I missing something or did I mis-understood global compiler setting?
