How to include help in cpp files while writing code

Hello, how can I make it so it displays help, variable names, functions, etc while I am writing code in normal *.CPP and *.H files not just projects? I only get these help messages in projects I am making. How can I get it on single *.CPP and *.H files? Thanks.
