Permission Denied

I am trynig to buid a program but and build it. I keep gettin a message stating

I have searched the root and found no projects in my file. I hit the show hidden files and still nothing. i dont know what else i could do. Im new to codeblocks and trying to learn

It's asked a lot in this forum and there is a simple answer:
do not create your projects under Program Files (and similar) on win7.
The OS restriction do not allow that, at least not without breaking the security(?) mechanism of win7.

can you give more details please. my os is install on disc c
but my files are all on disc d,  but the same problems still exist
