It could be a good idea to start a wiki somewhere, so that documentation and stuff can be easily added by anyone. Might be a little early, though, I don't know.

As someone who set up a wiki once, it's an utter bastage if, like me, you don't have experience of setting up wikis. :D

Got there eventually, of course, but to this day I'm not sure how secure it is or if everything's working... [ http://wiki.bb4win.org/ if anyone's interested to see it.]
