Win32 app: help needed calling win32 function…

Hi,
I am trying to make a raw printer application (windows7, Code::Blocks 10.05 rev 6283). I created a new win32 application, dialog based and I created a new class when I plan to implement all the functionality. I included the #include <winspool.h>  and a reference to the winspool library. When I compile it says that it does not knows the GetDefaultPrinterA function, which is the function I need to initiaiza printer.. Please, find the project in the attach and help me solve this compiler error.
