how to install MinGW 64bit version on windows7

Hi ,

I have been trying to install MinGW_64_bit version on my 64_bit_windows7_os.
I have downloaded the from link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/
which contains a tarball.. upon extraction contains a set of directories such as:
mingw-w64-crt
mingw-w64-doc
mingw-w64-headers
mingw-w64-libraries
mingw-w64-tools
with make files within them .

How I can install the with existing directories?
(I already have mingw_32bit version installed in PC, it would be more helpful if anyone suggests me how to upgrade )
I need this desperately... pls help.
