bugged toolbar

(1/1)

dathoedezt:
anyway to remove or move this toolbar at all?

anytime i try code::blocks crashes 8-|

edit:
this is on windows xp sp3

Jenna:
Please post your Os an which version of C::B you use ?
And give a step-by-step instruction to make C::B crash, so we can fix this issue (if it's not yet fixed and C::B and not wxWidgets related).

Anyway: uncheck "View -> Toolbars -> Code completion" to hide the toolbar.

dathoedezt:
os: windows xp pro sp3 32bit
cb: Release 10.05 rev 6283

whenever i drag the 4 vertical dots on the left side, just moving normally, it crashes almost immediately
all other toolbars move fine

thanks for the info for hiding it
and yea sorry view is the obvious place to look.. dont know how i missed it

Does this also happen (at least some times) with the other toolbars ?
If I remember right there is a bug that sometimes make the dragged toolbars crash on some windows machines.

dathoedezt:
hm.. yea guess it does with others too..
code completion one just happen to be the last i tried to move and had other ones where i wanted, but just now tried to move a different one and crashed instantly again.
