Help! (new at code::blocks)

hi there. i've installed "codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup.exe" (system: windows xp 32bits) and i can't create a new project (or anything) because the menu looks like this:



what should i do? i tried reinstalling and it didn't work.

Reinstall and make sure you install the scriptedwizard-plugin also.

I checked in Plugins-> Manage Plugins and scripted wizard appears as "Enabled".
