NOTHING WORKS!

uhh-help:
i've checked the toolchain, and i've set the directory over and over again, but no matter what, all i get is the same message,   

invalid compiler [YOUR ANSWER IS ALREADY THERE. SEARCH THE FORUMS!]...        .....invalid compiler [YOUR ANSWER IS ALREADY THERE. SEARCH THE FORUMS!]....

ive even tried re installing the entire program, nothing seems to work, please for the love of god help.

Also don't use all uppercase symbols, the netiquette says this is impolite!

You have to set no only directory, but all executble names too!!!
