Fallen:
How do i change language? like from English to something else.

Under View Setting look for Internationalization.

Settings -> Environment
Pick View from left hand Icon Menu

Note: I think you must exit Code::Blocks and restart CB for changes to take effect.
Note: You need the .mo file before following the above steps.
