Configure ENet for Codeblocks in Windows

Hi, I have a question. I am interested in learning how to handle the ENet library (http://enet.bespin.org/index.html), but I do not know how to properly set up a project that needs this library.

I have installed Codeblocks 10.04 in Windows XP. Thanks in advance.
