How do I add a new build target to a project?

Story:
I am using C::B 10.05 with Windows 7.

When I create a new project it has two build targets: Debug and Release. I want to create a third target but I can't figure out how to do this.

Jenna:
"Project -> Properties -> Build targets" and the chose "Add" or "Duplicate".
