codeblocks 10.5 don't support Chinese ???

I've choosen UTF-8 file encoding , but it doesn't display Chinese well ....
How do I solve this problem? :(
(I'm using the windows version 10.5)
Loaden:
1. Please use "Windows 936" instead "UTF-8"
2. If you use ANSI, please add option "-finput-charset=gbk"

I've chosen "Windows 936" , that seems work.
But when I reopen the file ,it still do not display Chinese will...
