Changing Default Directory on Project Open - Dont Want My Documents

Hi,

I've got Code::Blocks set up so that when I create a new project the "Folder to create project in" defaults to the directory I have chosen to store my projects in.

However, when I click to open an existing project inside the "Start Here" window, the location defaults to "My Documents."

Alternatively, if I click Ctrl+O, the location defaults to the Code::Blocks installation directory.

My question is how can I change either the wizard's behavior or Ctrl+O's behavior so they actually  point to the directory that I want to use?
