Code is not getting compiled

I have done standard codeblock installation.When i try to compile code it shows nothing in output.It wont print any messages.It won't run.I have tried uninstalling and again installing it.Is there any need to install compiler externally.My setup is codeblocks-10.05-setup.plz help

I have the same thing. the same problem. actually. But i made a topic on accident. But that topic has more specs on what is going on.

Code::Blocks is NOT a compiler!

Edit: Under Windows sometimes the MinGW GCC Compiler is packaged with Code::Blocks.

To compile requires an Compiler!
