Diolog for opening files in win32 GUI project

I have a problem, I can not call the dialog for opening files. Samples from the Internet do not work correctly. Prompt please how I can realize this?

What exactly do you mean ?
Are you unable to open C::B's "File -> Open"-dialog, or do you try to create a dialog that calls the win32 fileopen-dialog in one of your projects ?

If it's the second, please ask in a related forum.
