Codeblocks with qt4

I am using the mingw compilers which are based on gcc.

I'm trying to install qt.Is there any required plugin I need to download ?
I can compile the simple "quit" program no problem. 
But I cannot see visual design interface.Is there anything like wxSwith plugin for the codeblocks.
Otherwise，I can only get Qt designer .ui files to work with C::B under Windows XP.

Who can help me ?
