how to use qt with codeblocks

I'm trying to install qt on codeblocks, to make it compile and run without qmake and everything (I have windows xp, mingw).
I downloaded the required plugin and I thought I did everything by the book but it doesn't work.
Can you help me to get it to work please ?

I do not use QT; you never stated the name of the plugin you are using!!!
