Two minor issues

I don't think these are bugs, but it caught my attention anyways. If I click on File->Reopen->Clear History the recently opened files go away in the File->Reopen list *but* they are still in the Start here page. This may be by design I haven't looked at the source for that yet. :) Also if I open a .cbp project file it locks the window. Imagine there is a folder on my desktop called test and there is a .cbp project called test.cbp. If I open the file by double clicking I can't close the window from which I opened the .cbp file. However I can close any other open window.
