Best way to learn?

I'm very new at this, can anyone tell me what is best way to learn Code::Blocks programming.

To learn how to program C/C++ please find a beginning programming site; this is NOT beginning programming site.

To learn to writes scripts inside of Code::Blocks; please state that is what you want and then read the Code::Blocks source code and/or ask questions in this thread.

To learn how to build Code::Blocks read the Wiki.

To learn how to use Code::Blocks read the home page of the Wiki and all the FAQs
Then read at least some of the Manual.
