Windows SDK

At the SDK download site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A55B6B43-E24F-4EA3-A93E-40C0EC4F68E5&displaylang=en There are 3 download options:

PSDK-amd64.exe
PSDK-ia64.exe
PSDK-x86.exe

I'm not sure which I am supposed to download. I have an AMD processor, but I seem to think that isn't the question it's asking. What are ia64 and x86? Which should I download? I have Windows XP and an AMD 2600+. Any advice would be helpful.

Well, I'm an idiot. I tried the amd link and it didn't run, so then I tried the is link and it didn't work, so then I tried the x86 link and it did work on my compy. Ya gotta hand it to MS on this one...

the amd64 and i64 are for Windows 64bits with AMD and Intel processors, respectively. If you have WinXP, well you guessed it already :P

Just get the "Full IMG Download" Forget those silly installers that try to economize.
