CodeBlocks and IPP libraries

 Does anyone has configured the codeblocks and IPP libraries together? I tried to do that on a windows xp sp3 platform but i can't. Is it possible?

What is IPP?  Link to their documentation?  Does their documentation say the libraries support your compiler?  C::B is an IDE not a compiler so most of your question should be answered by if the library is supported by your compiler.
