Hand on Hand QT4 project help using C::B?

I seriously would like to build QT4 project using C::B

However, even till now, I'm not able to succeeded in one.

It looks like ti create a new project "QT4 project" under Linux is useless.

the plugin "QTWorkbench" seems to be the right way out .

I really need some graph based tutorial, better in Linux,
rather than existing ones in Windows at http://code.google.com/p/qtworkbench/wiki/QtWorkbenchProjects .

Where can I set up those qmake staff? and how can I just successfully "build" a QT4 based project under Ubuntu?

seriously frustrating.
