Not sure what exactly you mean, but the wxSmith plugin does such. have a look at wxsmith.[h/cpp], anmely "RegisterScripting()".

Surely it makes a difference whether you want to use or extend the engine...?!
Compiler logging: Settings->Compiler & Debugger->tab "Other"->Compiler logging="Full command line"
