Bug? Or just something wrong with my code?

I require two scanf for getting the input from the keyboard the problem being the compiler ignores the first scanf and waits for the input from the second scanf statement. If anyone can illuminate me about what i am doing wrong or if this is a bug in the compiler?

I have attached the code for the C file.

Code::Blocks is an IDE not a compiler.

Your question is not related to C::B in any way and therefore violates our forum rules.
