Makefile project

I know you have probably got asked this 10 000 times, but I need to know how to create make files for my project, I am developing on linux 32bit, I checked out the plugin from kcisoft, but they only had win32 and linux_x86_64. Please help thank you.

p.s. I'm using the most recent version of code::blocks

You can build it yourself and yes, this is answered 100 million times-> C::B does not generate Makefiles automatically!
