Adding a Source Files to a project

How do you add source files to a project? I've looked at the manual but can't find anything on it.
Thanks for your help.

Menu->project->add files.
If some piece of memory should be reused, turn them to variables (or const variables).
If some piece of operations should be reused, turn them to functions.
If they happened together, then turn them to classes.

Or right click on the project in the "management -> project" window then "add files"
(most of the time I ignore long posts)
