Apache2.2 and nginx module template

I want write Web application on c++ in CodeBlocks IDE (MinGW).
I could not find any templates for CodeBlocks how write module for Apache and nginx Web servers.
Please help, need sted by step instruction.
For VS 2008 exists many sted by step instructions, but for CodeBlocks IDE (MinGW) I saw no one instructions.
