Problem in loading SVN Pluging

SVN plugin is non existent in R0.82,
SVN Plugin crashes R1.0 RC2
SVN Plugin also does not exist in nightly build svn 5731; even if you place it in plug in folder, it does not load
I have installed Tortoise SVN. I am running Vista. All other plugins are ok
Can any one help
