edit 2 files at the same time

engin:
Hello all,

how can I ( or can I ) use codeblocks to edit more than
1 file at the same time? like, using half of the screen for
1 file and other half for another file.

mostly I look at contents of 1 file and edit another file
accordingly. and it is difficult to switch between them
all the time. it would be best if I could see both files
on screen at the same time ( and possibly edit both )

PS: may be this is a feature request...

If you use a recent nightly build (July 21st r5696, or newer) it's no problem: just drag the tab of an editor to another place in the editor-pane.

If you use an older version (or 8.02 release) it will not work, sorry.
