I want to indent new lines with TAB characters

The above are my current settings.
Can you help me modify these settings so that I can always use the TAB character in new lines, indentations, etc.

Did you try to check "TAB Options -> Use TAB character" in  "Settings -> Editor -> General Settings" ?
