This'd be much better if used as a "docking" pane, that automatically autohides. You know, like SharpDevelop/VStudio.NEt's thing.
Otherwise it should at least be a modeless dialog.

The ToDo plugin was hacked together in less than an hour ;)
It still needs some work.
Indeed maybe it's better to add it as a new tab in the bottom view.
