Smart Tab feature?

Did I miss something? I just updated my sources and rebuilt C::B (revision 5721), and I'm missing the "Smart Tabs" navigation feature for the notebooks... has it been removed?

I build C::B from svn and i haven't Smart Tab-Switching plugin too. I think it removed from latest revisions. This is very bad :(
