3D Programs

Daitey:
I have been able to run sample GLUT programs in Code::Blocks.I want to write 3d (Molecular Structures) program. But i may have to be able to determine position of the structures(co-ordinates) withnin the window and take actions(use butons).Which of the development packs(GLUI,GFLW,FTKL,SDL) would do the job.Thank you.
